High-quality, well-trained professionals in Nursing and Social Care are the backbone of our company. All our care and nursing staff undertake our intensive five-day induction course and – it does not end there. Our ongoing training program ensures that our staff are continuously updated through a range of online and face to face courses, including those specific to the needs of individual service users.
